Order Placement
Our Customer Service team is available by phone from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern time Monday through Friday at toll free at 800-891-9301. Fax orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at  toll-free at 800-878-4614.

General Terms of Sale
Credit card purchases from this site are processed at order entry. Only pre-approved accounts may place orders using purchase orders. All invoices are due 30 days from order shipment. Invoices not paid within 30 days become past due and immediately payable. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are also accepted. We make every effort to maintain our pricing. All prices are published on our website and in our catalog. However, due to changing costs by our raw material suppliers, pricing may be adjusted. If so, we will honor your purchase order for pending orders.

Delivery
Upon delivery customer is responsible for inspecting product prior to signing for receipt. We custom manufacture and assemble each order with your specific colors and needs in mind. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Please notify our Customer Service Department of any custom order which requires a rush delivery.

Returns
Due to the inherent biohazardous risk associated with blood collection, upholstered furniture cannot be returned once removed from their original packaging. If the item is defective in any way, the defective part will be replaced or repaired free of charge. If a claim is made, please keep all packaging materials for 15 days. Thank you for your cooperation.
